The Investment and Enterprise Development Sector of the Corporation offers investment opportunities in residential cities under the public-private partnership system in accordance with the laws of the corporation (Law No. 47 of 1993 and Law 27 of 1995) and the provisions contained in the “ Investment Regulations” issued by the minister of State for Housing Affairs No. 32 of 2016. These opportunities include activities in various commercial, health, educational, entertainment, media, residential investment, industrial and logistics.
